Terms & Conditions of Engineering Services

These terms govern the delivery of environmental consulting, stack gas emissions testing, hazardous waste haulage under Permit #944, and compliance programs by Nile Center (NES).

Effective: 2026 | Governed by the Laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt

1. Legal Status & Official Accreditation

Nile Center for Environmental & Scientific Services (NES) is an officially certified Environmental House of Expertise accredited by the Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency (EEAA) under registration #18/31/8/2017, and licensed to collect, haul, and manage hazardous wastes under Permit #944. All engineering reports and EIA studies are endorsed by certified senior environmental consultants.

2. Client & Industrial Facility Obligations

  • Providing authentic technical data, production capacities, flow rates, and site layout plans for the facility.
  • Facilitating safe site access for calibration instruments and field monitoring teams during declared operational conditions.
  • Ensuring adherence to occupational health & safety protocols, accompanied by the designated facility HSE officer.

3. Report Deliverables & Regulatory Review Periods

NES adheres strictly to contract timelines agreed upon in approved work orders. Review cycles by governmental authorities (EEAA, Industrial Development Authority IDA, Civil Defense) follow statutory regulatory calendars, during which NES remains obligated to resolve all technical queries until official approval is finalized.

4. Hazardous Waste Haulage Protocol (Permit #944)

All transport operations are executed in compliance with Waste Management Law No. 202/2020. Consignments move only after verification of electronic manifests, with transport strictly conducted via GPS-tracked ADR trucks discharging solely at officially designated landfills (such as Al-Nasseriya and Al-Hamam).

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any underlying service agreements shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt (Environmental Protection Law No. 4/1994 as amended, and Law No. 202/2020). Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo.
